​How Do I Place An Order?

 

Orders can be placed through the attached shop feature using PayPal or you can send an email  advising what you require if you dont have Pay Pal.

 

Payment and Shipping

 

All payments upfront prior to sending and prices are all flat postage. Shipping will usually be the day following order receipt or if I am on Safari delays of up to 5 days may occur. If urgent please phone Mary on 07 47798387 and she will do her best to get it out to you ASAP.

 

​Returns & Refunds

 

Returns accepted if wrong product sent or defective in any way. No refunds but products will be replaced as per Returns.

 

Guarantee Claims

 

Please return damaged item and advise details of what happened so I can confirm replacement under Guarantee for that particular product.
